1.1 What is runescape-rare about?
Runescape-rare offers a wide range of accounts, often referred as usernames, for a popular MMOG Runescape. Our main goal is to supply accounts which are classified as “rare”: short and original username, possession of no longer available/tradable items.


1.2 Can I purchase runescape gold or account training services at runescape-rare?
No. Our services are strictly limited to account sales only (1.1).


1.3 Can I sell my account to runescape-rare?
To guarantee 100% security of all our products we do not buy/swap accounts from third parties.


2. Orders & payments
Purchasing an accounts at runescape-rare have never been so easy. In a few simple steps you can acquire your account today!


2.1 How do I purchase an account/username at runescape-rare?
To purchase an account you simply choose desired product and place it into the basket. Fill in the order form with your contact details to finish the order. Important: you must specify email address associated with a chat client (yahoo, hotmail, etc.). This email address will be used to contact you.


2.2 How do I purchase an account/username from a category contents of which are not displayed?
Majority of our usernames can not be viewed publicly to ensure anonymity of our potential customers. These usernames can be revealed upon request. Whenever you have chosen your desired username it will become available on our site, long enough for you to place an order.


2.3 What should I do after I placed an order?
After you have placed an order your online activity is required. You can either add our contact directly to your messenger, or you can wait till runescape-rare contacts you.
First approach usually results in faster order processing and instant deliveries.


2.4 How do we deliver purchased accounts?
We do not send account information by email, therefore all deliveries (transfer of ownership) are made online, via chat clients you familiar with. This is done to ensure maximum security of each and every trade.


2.5 What payment methods are supported?
We currently accept Paypal as our prefered online payment method for small to medium purchases. Having your Paypal account verified and ensuring your delivery/contact information is up to date will speed up the verification and delivery of your order. For larger orders, we prefer payment via Western Union.


2.6 Can I give in game currency instead of cash for an account?
No. We do not accept in game currency in lieu of cash.


2.7 If I buy more than one accounts, can you give me some discount?
If you can buy more than one account from our website at the same time, we can offer you some discount.


3. Safety and security
We take great deal of time and effort to provide maximum security of all our products. Please, take time to read and understand how these security measures guarantee your account safety.


3.1 How do I know my purchased account is safe and cannot be recovered or disabled?

  1. None of the accounts have ever been “circulated” or showcased anywhere.
    There are numerous business establishments engaging in similar account trades. Unfortunately, majority of accounts being sold there have seen several owners. It is also not unusual for one account being sold to different customers just to be recovered afterwards. We ensure that none of our accounts have ever been sold or disclosed on any site or community board before.
  2. Majority (95%) of the accounts have never been members.
    Once subscribed to membership accounts can no longer be recovered by anyone but you.
  3. None of the accounts can be traced to one IP address.
    It is common practice by Jagex Ltd. to ban/lock accounts linked to the same perpetrator IP address. We guarantee that our accounts have never been logged into by the same computer.

3.2 Is it safe to buy Runescape account with black marks?
It entirely depends on you. If you break Runescape rules on regular basis (cheating, offensive language or scamming) we strongly advise not to buy accounts with black marks. Your account is most likely to be banned on first offence. Generally speaking, even 10 black marks accounts could be safe to play on as long as you follow the rules.


3.3 How should I proceed after I received account details?

After ownership of account has been transferred to you, you should secure your account right away. Change your account password, set new recovery questions and add an email address in your account management page. It is highly recommended to subscribe your account. Do not share your subscription details with anyone, this information is used for account recovery.
