It might be more convenient for new visitors to use web based chat application directly on our site. However, we do recommend keeping all communications in instant messenger instead. This way we could easily recognize our customers and offer more direct and prolonged support.

About referrals

It’s been asked several times what we do about good referrals. At the moment we do not support affiliate programs. However, on occasion, we might consider rewarding such referrals. We had single orders walking out the door up to 150$. This could be you referring your friend or a fellow player. It’s a shame not to encourage this kind of advertising.

Whenever referring anyone to us, ask the person you referring to mention your email address upon making an order. Referral email must already be known to us from the previous trades. Rewards will be discussed and could include accounts, usernames or actual payments.

Nothing like the rarest account to kick off new account sales. That’s right, it’s Runescape Classic! Two RSC accounts will be auctioned with an end date of 30 November. Use this auction module to place your bids (registration is required).

Price change, account addition and new policy

As supply and demand shifts we are raising the prices on all names. Rare usernames are not getting less rare in time as well. Discount names will remain unchanged.
The price change will be applied on January 5. This of course does not affect any preorders made before this date.

In addition to the rare usernames we decided to expand our services with non tradable holiday items and Runescape Classic. This means even more leveled accounts! Due to this change we will be revising our policy. Our policy has always been: “levels have no added value”. Meaning, lvl3 would cost as much as lvl80 in the same username category. This lead to some customers striking amazing deals where high level accounts were practically given away. This is totally fine with us. It’s what makes us unique compared to any gold farming site after all. This username policy will remain the same.
Accounts in possession of a holiday item, on the other hand, will be valued according to the rarity of the item and available skills.

Milestone 100!
Up to this date we successfully sold 100 rare and unique usernames to 63 happy customers. That’s 100 cool names introduced back into the game – the way it should be.

No more confusing forum interface, the order system had its flaws as well. Store interface is more user friendly and you don’t need to register to place an order.
